Guest Services Agent position at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel By Tivoli, operated by Minor Hotels.

Role Purpose
Provide expert guest services in a courteous and efficient manner throughout the guest lifecycle, from reservation through departure, ensuring satisfaction and addressing all inquiries, requests and comments promptly.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations & Service
- Greet and register guests upon arrival.
- Provide outstanding guest service during their stay.
- Handle all guest enquires, requests and comments promptly and efficiently.
Reservations & Account Management
- Take reservations.
- Settle the guest's account upon completion of their stay.
Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer skills in MS Office.
- Experience with current Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
Additional Information
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays required.
