Role Overview
Guest Service Executive - Gift Shop at Palazzo Versace Dubai, located in Dubai.
Role Purpose
Deliver exceptional guest service and sales support in the hotel gift shop, maintaining 5-star luxury standards while processing transactions, managing inventory, and creating memorable shopping experiences for guests.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional and personalized manner, ensuring a high standard of service at all times.
- Assist guests with product selection and provide accurate information and recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Handle guest enquiries and concerns professionally, resolving issues where possible and escalating them when required.
Sales & Transactions
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash and card payments, while following all cash-handling procedures.
- Promote products and maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a genuine, service-focused approach with guests.
Operations & Inventory
- Maintain the outlet in a clean, organized and attractive condition in line with the standards of a 5-star luxury hotel.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish products and ensure all items are properly displayed, priced and presented.
- Receive and check deliveries, assist with stock control and report any discrepancies, damages or shortages.
