Role Overview
Guest Service Agent at voco™ Riyadh, a contemporary design hotel operated by IHG Hotels & Resorts, located on King Fahad Road in Riyadh's business district, 30 minutes from King Khalid International Airport.

Role Purpose
Deliver exceptional guest service by managing all aspects of front desk operations, from reservations and check-in through to check-out, while maintaining guest satisfaction and upselling additional facilities and services where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
Check-in and Check-out Operations
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms
- Register guests, collecting necessary information including contact details and exact dates of stay
- Verify credit card data and inform customers about payment methods
Reservations Management
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Guest Communication and Service
- Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
Coordination
- Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully furnished to accommodate guests' needs
Qualifications & Experience
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
- Experience with hotel reservations software
- Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, such as Booking and TripAdvisor
- Degree in hotel management is a plus
- Saudi National (position restricted to Saudi Nationals only)
