Role Overview

Guest Relations Agent – Russian Speaker at Palazzo Versace Dubai, based in Dubai.

Role Purpose

Serve as the primary point of contact for Russian-speaking guests, delivering exceptional welcome, support, and personalized service throughout their stay while proactively addressing needs and coordinating across departments to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Welcome & Communication

• Greet and welcome all guests with warm and engaging demeanor, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experience.
• Serve as main point of contact for Russian-speaking guests, assisting with all inquiries and requests.
• Maintain strong presence in lobby and public areas to assist guests proactively.

Guest Experience & Needs Management

• Anticipate guest needs and handle guest complaints with diplomacy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure guest preferences and expectations are met.
• Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and events.

Service Delivery & Upselling

• Promote hotel services, facilities, and upsell room categories and experiences.
• Prepare and coordinate in-room amenities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery for VIPs, special occasions, and guest preferences.

VIP & Special Services

• Handle VIP arrivals and ensure their stay exceeds expectations.

Systems & Records

• Maintain updated guest profiles and preferences in the PMS.

Skills & Competencies

• Russian language fluency.
