Role Purpose

Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt attention for VIP guests from arrival through departure, while guaranteeing that VIPs and members consistently receive all benefits and that repeat guests and other VIPs receive special recognition and service.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations

• Deliver personal recognition and prompt attention to VIP guests throughout their stay.
• Ensure VIPs and members consistently receive all applicable benefits.
• Provide special recognition and service to repeat guests and other VIPs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS is essential.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Additional language is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask.
