Role Purpose

Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt attention for VIP guests from arrival through departure. Deliver consistent VIP benefits and special recognition to members and repeat guests.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations Management

• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt attention for VIP guests from arrival through departure.
• Ensure that VIPs and members consistently receive all benefits.
• Provide repeat guests and other VIPs with special recognition and service.

Qualifications & Experience

• Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS is essential.
• Fluency in an additional language beyond English is required.
