Role Purpose

Dubai Holding Entertainment is building a pool of passionate, customer-focused talent to create unforgettable experiences for guests across diverse operational and guest-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services & Experience

• Deliver guest-first service across front-of-house roles at attractions and destinations.
• Support ticketing, admissions, and guest services operations.

Food & Beverage Operations

• Support F&B service as an attendant or in culinary roles as a chef.

Attraction & Ride Operations

• Operate and manage ride and attraction attendant functions.

Retail & Merchandise

• Support retail and merchandise operations across destinations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience or demonstrated interest in F&B, Attractions, Guest Services, Retail, or Ticketing roles.
• Background in hospitality, entertainment, or customer service preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Maintain great energy and a guest-first mindset.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Work shifts and in outdoor operational environments.
• Show passion for hospitality, entertainment, or customer service.
