Role Overview

Guest Experience Maker at White Spot Facilities Management. The role combines hospitality service delivery with property management across multiple sites.

Role Purpose

To deliver exceptional guest experiences while managing daily operations, communications, and coordination across holiday homes and hospitality properties. This role ensures guests receive outstanding service and that all properties maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations & Service

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns with professionalism.
• Manage guest communications and inquiries across multiple platforms.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem-solving.

Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate activities and services across multiple properties and sites.
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks and guest check-ins/check-outs.
• Travel between properties and sites as required.

Systems & Administration

• Manage Property Management Systems (PMS) and guest booking platforms.
• Process reservations and maintain accurate guest records.
• Handle administrative tasks using Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, holiday homes, customer service, or guest relations.
• Experience in holiday homes, serviced apartments, hotels, or luxury hospitality (preferred).

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Familiarity with Booking.com, Airbnb, and other OTA platforms (preferred).

Additional Information

• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
