Key Responsibilities
Guest Services
- Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
- Process operational needs and address guest requests.
- Share highlights of the local area with guests.
- Move about the space and take hands-on action to address what needs to be done.
Operations & Standards
- Complete reports as required.
- Create and maintain a safe workplace.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Protect company assets.
- Uphold quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
- Maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- 2 years of related work experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Initiative and empowerment to move about the workspace and take decisive action.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Physical capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.
- Hands-on work approach.
