Role Purpose

Build memorable and unique guest experiences by delivering a wide range of services throughout guests' entire stays. The Guest Experience Expert takes initiative to process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local area highlights, making transactions feel like part of the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service Delivery

• Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests.
• Make transactions feel like part of the guest experience.
• Share highlights of the local area with guests.

Operations & Standards

• Create a safe workplace.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Protect company assets.
• Uphold quality standards.
• Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
• Complete required reports.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.
• Hands-on, initiative-taking approach to work.
