Role Purpose
Build memorable and unique guest experiences by taking initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, moving fluidly throughout the property to address operational needs, guest requests, and local area information.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service Delivery
- Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
- Process operational needs and address guest requests.
- Share highlights of the local area with guests.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles.
- Transport luggage to and from guest rooms and designated bell areas.
Reporting & Administration
- Complete operational reports as required.

- Create a safe work environment.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Protect company assets.
- Uphold quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- No related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
Additional Information
- Physical demands: Extended standing, sitting, walking, and movement through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces; navigation of stairs and service ramps.
- Manual handling: Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Range of motion: Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Willingness to perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
