Role Overview
Guest Arrival Expert - Valet at Marriott International. This role operates at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, a portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts in premier locations worldwide.

Role Purpose
Create memorable first and final impressions for guests at arrival and departure. Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their stay experience, empowering team members to take initiative, move about their space, and do what needs to be done to make transactions feel part of the overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service Delivery
- Process operational needs and address guest requests to support arrival and departure experiences.
- Take hands-on approach to guest-facing work with initiative and presence.
- Share highlights of the local area with guests.
- Deliver services that make transactions feel like part of the experience.
Workplace Standards & Compliance
- Create and maintain a safe workplace environment.
- Follow company policies and procedures consistently.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.
- Protect company assets.
- Uphold quality standards in all interactions and operations.
- Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications remain professional.
Operational Tasks
- Complete required reports and administrative documentation.
- Handle physical work tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance, and objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
Additional Information
- Role requires extended periods on feet and moving around, including standing, sitting, and walking.
- Physical demands include hands-on approach to work with regular movement and object handling.
