Role Overview
Grundschullehrkräfte (Primary School Teachers) at German International School Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Full-time position with 28 teaching hours per week.

Role Purpose
Deliver primary education instruction and contribute actively to school governance, committees, and extracurricular events as a member of a motivated teaching team.
Key Responsibilities
Instruction
- Teach primary school classes according to school curriculum and standards.
School Community Engagement
- Participate in school committees and governance structures.
- Engage in extracurricular school events and activities beyond classroom instruction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Teaching qualification (Lehrbefähigung) for primary school (Grundschule).
- First and Second State Examination (1. and 2. Staatsexamen) or equivalent qualification.
- Additional qualification in DAF/DAZ (German as a Foreign Language) or Special Education (Sonderpädagogik) is advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
- Secure command of German language, spoken and written.
- Negotiation-level proficiency in English.
- Cooperation and teamwork capability.
- Self-initiative and above-average commitment and effort.
