Role Purpose
Support the planning, coordination, and successful execution of group bookings and events while building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Proposal Management
- Manage client inquiries and prepare proposals and contracts.
Event Coordination & Delivery
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Ensure exceptional service standards while delivering memorable guest experiences.
Relationship & Business Development
- Build strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities.
Revenue & Market Management
- Contribute to revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a 5-star hotel.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work in a highly pressurized environment.
