Role Overview
Ground Support Safety Operator at Burjline Builders. The successful candidate will oversee delivery end to end on a large-scale programme, ensuring compliance with international standards, project specifications and quality requirements.
Role Purpose
To coordinate and manage ground support safety operations from design through final handover, ensuring all works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, international standards and project requirements while monitoring quality, safety, cost and schedule performance.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination & Delivery
- Coordinate all activity from design through to final handover.
Technical Review
- Review designs, drawings and technical specifications against project requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings and standards.
Monitoring & Performance
- Monitor progress, quality, safety, cost and schedule performance.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify risks and technical issues, implementing practical solutions to minimise delays.
Reporting
- Report progress, risks and key milestones to project management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- Minimum 14 years of total experience in the industry.
- At least 4 years in a comparable role on major projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, technical review and commissioning.
- Excellent understanding of international standards and local regulations.

Additional Information
Candidates with experience delivering one or more of the following will be highly regarded: mixed-use developments, commercial buildings, infrastructure programmes.
