Role Overview

Ground Operation Team Member at Ninja, supporting last mile delivery operations at the hub location.

Role Purpose

Support daily last mile delivery operations by receiving, organizing, verifying, and handing over orders to riders and drivers. Ensure smooth and timely dispatch, maintain a safe and organized hub, and escalate operational issues when required.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Dispatch

• Receive, organize, and verify orders for accurate handover to riders and drivers.
• Ensure smooth and timely dispatch of deliveries.
• Support peak-demand operations as required.

Hub Management

• Maintain a safe and organized working environment.
• Maintain a safe and organized hub.

Coordination & Escalation

• Work closely with Ground Operation Supervisors, riders, drivers, Order Care, Acquisition, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth and efficient delivery operations.
• Escalate operational issues when required.
• Coordinate with drivers and captains while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or operations.
• Experience coordinating with drivers and captains and ensuring compliance with SOPs.
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols in a logistics or aviation environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Logistics Software.
• Good attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
