Graphics & Social Media Officer - MPM Properties (Outsource)

Role Overview

Graphics & Social Media Officer position with ADIB for MPM Properties (Outsource), based in Abu Dhabi.

Role Purpose

Create visually stunning and brand-aligned engaging graphics, corporate collaterals, and social media content for MPM regionally. Collaborate with other departments to support MPM's marketing and branding efforts, communications objectives, and customer excellence design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create graphics and visual materials for corporate collaterals, social media platforms, websites, newsletters, and other digital channels.
• Produce innovative and tactical graphic design solutions with excellence in creativity that will elevate brand and customer excellence.
• Design and edit videos, animations, infographics, and other multimedia content.

Social Media Management

• Manage and update social media accounts with relevant and timely content, campaigns, and project completions.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics and performance.
• Research and identify the latest trends and best practices in graphics and social media.

Marketing & Brand Collaboration

• Work with marketing on the uplifting and creation of company and services profiles, reports, and research publications.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency and alignment of brand identity and message across all platforms.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve graphics and social media strategy and content.

Operations & Technical Management

• Coordinate and manage third-party contracts to ensure timely completions.
• Handle website upgrading and representation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, media, communication, or related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in graphics and social media management within a corporate environment and/or Real Estate Industry.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, and other graphic and video editing software.
• AutoCAD (bonus).
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms, such as SiteCore, CMS Systems, Google Analytics, WordPress, and MS tools (bonus).
• Excellent knowledge of website development (bonus).
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
• Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
