Role Overview
Graduate Trainee - Technology position with ADNOC in the United Arab Emirates. This program is reserved for UAE National fresh graduates in technology-related disciplines.

Role Purpose
The ADNOC Fresh Graduate Program develops the knowledge and expertise of trainees in technology disciplines, exposing them to the culture and real-life work experience of ADNOC Group while assessing their potential for permanent employment within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
- Develop skills and expertise while working for ADNOC Group as a Trainee.
- Gain valuable real-life work experience and on-the-job training within ADNOC Group.
- Transition from Trainee to Employee through structured exposure to organizational culture.
Talent Assessment
- Participate in competency assessments and performance reviews throughout the program.
- Demonstrate capabilities for potential selection into ADNOC Group's future talent pool.
Qualifications & Experience
- UAE National status required.
- Fresh graduate with major in one of the following disciplines: Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, Database Management, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Automation in Data Science, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Web Development, or other technology-related disciplines.
- Successful completion of National Service, unless exempted by UAE law.
- Medical fitness in accordance with the work environment of the role.
- Government clearances including certificate of good conduct from Ministry of Interior.
- Successful completion of all entry assessments and interviews, including personality and ability assessments.
Additional Information
- Trainees who successfully complete the program are not necessarily guaranteed a permanent contract with ADNOC Group.
