Role Purpose

To manage performance reporting and incentive calculations across retail banking channels while analyzing business data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive informed governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Reporting & Incentive Management

• Manage performance reporting and incentive calculations for Retail Banking Sales, IIS and Call Center channels.
• Prepare, monitor and calibrate incentive budgets and plans for relevant channels and segments in line with the bank's objectives.
• Implement and maintain robust controls and processes aligned with Audit requirements for incentive computation and reporting.

Analytics & Insights

• Analyze large, multi-dimensional datasets to identify actionable insights and provide recommendations that support strategic business decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards and business performance packs for Sales, Business Planning and Product Management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Stakeholder Management & Governance

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business, Finance, HR, Audit and IT to support governance and informed decision-making.

Digital Transformation

• Support digitization and automation of manual dashboards and incentive reporting using tools such as SAS and Power BI.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Economics.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using SQL, SAS or similar analytical/database tools.
• Exposure to visual dashboarding tools such as Power BI is an added advantage.
