Role Overview
Graduate Trainee - Other Discipline with ADNOC in the United Arab Emirates. This is a structured training program for UAE National fresh graduates across non-specified disciplines.

Role Purpose
The ADNOC Fresh Graduate Program (AGFGP) is designed to develop trainee knowledge and expertise while providing the opportunity to transition into permanent employment with ADNOC Group. The program exposes trainees to organizational culture, delivers real-life work experience, and identifies top-tier talent for the group's future workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Development and Performance
- Develop skills and expertise through structured on-the-job training within ADNOC Group.
- Participate in competency assessments and performance reviews throughout the trainee program.
- Complete all entry assessments and interviews, including personality and ability assessments.
Qualifications & Experience
- UAE National status (required).
- Graduation in a major discipline other than those previously listed in the program.
- Successful completion of National Service, unless exempted by UAE law.
- Medical fitness in accordance with the work environment of the role.
- Government clearances including certificate of good conduct from Ministry of Interior.
Additional Information
- Trainees who successfully complete the program are not necessarily guaranteed a permanent contract with ADNOC Group.
