Role Overview

Graduate Trainee position at Mondelēz International in Saudi Arabia. This is a structured three-year development program for high-potential Saudi graduates entering the organization at an early career stage.

Role Purpose

The KSA Management Trainee Program is designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential Saudi graduates through functional rotations, on-the-job learning, coaching, and mentorship. Trainees will gain hands-on experience across key Commercial functions and prepare for a long-term career with Mondelēz International.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Development

• Gain hands-on experience across Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing functions through rotational assignments.
• Build business knowledge and develop leadership capabilities throughout the three-year program.
• Contribute to real business projects and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Information Systems (MIS), Industrial Engineering, or a related business discipline.
• Recent graduate or up to one year of professional experience.
• Strong academic performance preferred.

Additional Information

• Contract type: Intern (Fixed Term).
• Program duration: Three years.
• Willingness to relocate within Saudi Arabia if required during the program.
• No relocation support available.
