Graduate Trainee - Engineering & Science for UAE Nationals with ADNOC, based in the United Arab Emirates.

Role Purpose
The ADNOC Fresh Graduate Program develops knowledge and expertise in trainees through structured on-the-job training and real-life work experience. The program identifies top-tier candidates for ADNOC Group's future talent pool and facilitates transition from trainee to permanent employee within the organization's culture.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Learning
- Develop skills and expertise while working as a trainee within the ADNOC Group.
- Gain valuable real-life work experience and on-the-job training.
- Participate in competency assessments and performance reviews throughout the program.
Transition & Integration
- Complete the trainee program with potential transition to permanent employment as a direct hire employee.
- Become exposed to ADNOC Group culture during the trainee period.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marine Engineering, Safety Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, Structural Engineering, Production Engineering, Engineering Project Management, Financial Engineering for Engineers, Geophysics, Geoscience, Geology, Polymer Science, Material Science, Chemistry, Physics, Nanotechnology, Nautical Sciences, Energy Science, Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Sustainable and Renewable Energy, Mathematics and Statistics, or other disciplines related to engineering and science.
- Completion of all required entry assessments and interviews, including personality and ability assessments.
- Successful completion of National Service, unless exempted by UAE law.
Additional Information
- This program is reserved for UAE Nationals only.
- Medical fitness required in accordance with the work environment of the role.
- Government clearances required, including certificate of good conduct from Ministry of Interior.
- Trainees who successfully complete the program are not necessarily guaranteed a permanent contract with ADNOC Group.
