Role Purpose

Support effective communication, collaboration, and alignment among stakeholders—including government entities, local authorities, community representatives, and project partners—to contribute to successful Roads & Highways project delivery and positive outcomes for all parties.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management

• Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with government entities, local authorities, community representatives, and project partners.

Communication Facilitation

• Assist as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals, requirements, and progress.

Regulatory Compliance

• Develop an understanding of local regulations, policies, and standards related to Roads & Highways projects.
• Ensure project activities align with legal and regulatory requirements.

Conflict Resolution

• Support resolution of conflicts or issues arising between stakeholders and project teams.
• Find mutually beneficial resolutions to maintain project momentum and positive relationships.

Public Engagement

• Assist in organizing and facilitating public consultations, meetings, and workshops.
• Gather feedback, address concerns, and build community support for infrastructure projects.

Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to stakeholder engagement activities.
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting to project management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• UAE National with a valid Family Book.
• Recent graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Understanding of local regulations, policies, and stakeholders involved in the development and implementation of Roads & Highways projects.

Skills & Competencies
