Role Purpose
To provide project coordination support by assisting with project planning, execution, resource allocation, and administrative functions while developing foundational project management experience.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
- Assist in preparing pricing bids, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in developing comprehensive bids and gathering necessary documentation.
- Collaborate to coordinate and allocate resources for various projects.
Administration & Records Management
- Provide general administrative support and maintain organized records.
Analysis & Reporting
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and report creation.
Operational Support
- Leverage background in finance or engineering to address operational challenges.
- Exhibit enthusiasm and interest in the construction industry.
Qualifications & Experience
- UAE National with a valid Family Book.
- Recent graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a project-driven environment.
