Role Overview
Graduate - Partnerships Associate at Snap Inc. in Saudi Arabia. This is an entry-level role supporting the development and execution of strategic partnership programs.

Role Purpose
Support the Head of Partnerships in delivering strategic programs that enhance Snap's presence and relevance across priority sectors, while managing stakeholder engagements, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and tracking partnership performance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Research
- Conduct market and partner research to identify new opportunities and inform partnership strategies.
- Assist in the development of pitch materials, proposals, and executive briefing documents.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with the Head of Partnerships to deliver strategic programs that enhance Snap's presence and relevance across priority sectors.
- Support ongoing engagements with key government and commercial stakeholders, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Executive Leadership, Talent Partnerships, Marketing, Creative Strategy, Communications, Sales, and Global teams — to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of partnership programs.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track KPIs, analyze results, and report progress against partnership and business objectives.
Event Activation
- Support planning and execution of on-ground activations and brand presence at high-profile national events.
Qualifications & Experience
- BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study or equivalent years of experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.

Preferred
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights.

Work Location & Schedule
Snap practices a "default together" approach and expects team members to work in an office 4 or more days per week.
