Role Overview
HanmiGlobal Saudi invites applications from Graduate Engineers across multiple disciplines to join the team in an entry-level position. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates seeking to launch their engineering careers while gaining hands-on experience in a leading construction and engineering company.
Role Purpose
To support senior engineers and project teams in planning, design, and implementation activities while developing technical and professional skills through structured training and on-site experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Documentation
- Support the preparation of engineering drawings, calculations, and documentation.
- Perform technical research and support problem-solving activities as needed.
Project Execution
- Assist senior engineers and project teams in planning, design, and implementation activities.
- Participate in site visits and assist in monitoring construction progress and quality.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to learn and contribute to project tasks.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
Compliance & Standards
- Help ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Professional Development
- Engage in training programs and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree recently obtained in Engineering disciplines such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates or up to 1-2 years of experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong enthusiasm to learn and develop technical and professional skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of engineering software is a plus.
