Role Overview

Graduate Engineer - Building Structures at WSP Middle East in Sharjah. This role is for an Emirati National recent graduate joining the Building Structures team to gain hands-on experience in project management within the built environment sector.

Role Purpose

Support project planning, coordination, and delivery for building structures projects while working closely with multidisciplinary teams and developing foundational project management experience.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Documentation

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Maintain organized and accurate project records and documentation.

Project Coordination

• Support day-to-day project coordination, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time.

Monitoring and Analysis

• Monitor project progress and support in identifying risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Conduct research, data gathering, and analysis to support decision-making.

Reporting and Stakeholder Communication

• Prepare presentations and project updates for internal stakeholders.

Process Improvement

• Support process improvement initiatives within the project management function.

Qualifications & Experience

• UAE National with a valid Family Book.
• Recent graduate in Civil Engineering or related field.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a project-driven environment.
