Graduate Engineer (Arch, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural) EOI

Role Overview

Graduate Engineer position with JASARA PMC in Saudi Arabia supporting Construction Supervision (CS) operations. This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) for a framework agreement covering multiple regions across the Kingdom.

JASARA is a key delivery partner supporting Saudi Arabia's most ambitious development programs. The company supervises major projects across sectors including mixed-use developments, residential communities, commercial facilities, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm developments.

Role Purpose

Support the construction supervision team in monitoring construction activities, conducting inspections, reviewing documentation, and ensuring that works progress in accordance with approved project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision and Inspections

• Assist senior engineers with daily site supervision and inspections.
• Monitor contractor activities and report observations to the assigned Engineer.
• Record site observations, progress, and inspection findings.

Documentation and Quality Control

• Assist with reviewing drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation.
• Support quality inspections and verification of completed works.
• Assist in tracking outstanding works, defects, and corrective actions.

Coordination and Reporting

• Participate in coordination meetings and site walks.
• Support project documentation, reporting, testing, and handover activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Infrastructure, Utilities Engineering, or relevant discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and construction processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
