Role Purpose
The Graduate Development Program is designed to equip engineering graduates with a strong foundation in the energy and water sector while developing their engineering, leadership skills, and business acumen. The program provides hands-on exposure across key functions including Project Management, delivery, and Asset Lifecycle Management through structured rotations and practical experience within a dynamic energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Project Delivery
- Learn and understand various types of contracts and shareholder structure.
- Learn about engineering methodology, process flow of documentation and deliverables for a project and assist in execution.
- Gain exposure to project planning and scheduling concepts and assist in implementation.
- Learn about project management principles and participate in project management activities.
- Learn and contribute towards the company's HSE commitments.
- Learn about various stages of the project and participate in each stage.
Asset Management
- Learn about plant performance management strategies.
- Support monitoring and optimization of operational asset performance.
- Gain understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance planning activities.
- Maintain asset records, maintenance data, and technical documentation.
- Support implementation of asset integrity and reliability programs.
- Learn about risk management and contribute towards risk management activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, Energy, or related discipline.
- Recent graduate or up to 1–2 years of internship or work experience.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles, project management, and asset lifecycle concepts.
