Key Responsibilities
Research & Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on urban development trends, demographic patterns, and market dynamics.
- Contribute to the analysis of urban development opportunities and identify growth potential for clients.
Client Support
- Support senior consultants in preparing strategic recommendations and feasibility studies for urban projects.
- Deliver strategic insights and market research findings that inform urban planning initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with a relevant degree in urban planning, architecture, engineering, or related field.
- UAE National with valid family book documentation in accordance with Emiratisation requirements.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and research capabilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
