Role Overview

Graduate Analyst, Valuation at JLL, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time position as part of the UAE National Graduate Analyst Programme, with a programme duration of 24 months. Eligibility is restricted to UAE Nationals only.

Role Purpose

The UAE National Graduate Analyst Programme is an accelerated development initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of Emirati leaders in commercial real estate. Successful graduates will gain hands-on experience across JLL's core business functions while contributing to meaningful projects that drive client outcomes and business growth in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Client Engagement

• Contribute to live client engagements and business-critical initiatives from day one
• Work alongside experienced professionals on projects impacting the UAE's real estate landscape, including market analysis, property valuations, development projects and investment transactions
• Develop presentations and coordinate projects across multiple disciplines

Rotation & Exposure

• Rotate across different service lines within JLL, which may include Markets & Research, Valuation & Advisory, Corporate Solutions, Property & Asset Management, Capital Markets, Project & Development Services, and other specialized areas
• Build broad industry knowledge to identify your area of interest and strength based on your background, interests, and organizational needs

Skill Development

• Build essential skills in financial analysis, data modeling, client communication, presentation development, project coordination, and strategic thinking
• Learn to use industry-standard software and tools
• Develop professional business acumen through exposure to high-profile projects and leading clients across government, corporate, and investment sectors

Professional Growth

• Engage in formal training sessions covering technical skills, industry knowledge, professional development, and leadership fundamentals
• Access JLL's global learning platform and pursue relevant professional certifications
• Participate in networking events and build relationships with colleagues across business lines, clients and industry partners

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline including Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Marketing, or related fields
• Graduation from a recognized university with strong academic standing
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
• UAE National with valid Family Book
• Internship or work experience in real estate, consulting, finance, engineering, project management, or related industries (preferred)
• Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities, student organizations, or community involvement (preferred)
• Familiarity with UAE real estate market dynamics or business environment (preferred)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work with data, conduct research, and synthesize information
• Professional attitude with strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn across multiple disciplines
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and openness to feedback in a dynamic environment
