Role Overview

Graduate Analyst, Integrated Facility Management (IFM) at JLL in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is open to UAE Nationals and targets recent graduates entering commercial real estate and facilities management.

Role Purpose

Support the delivery of comprehensive facility management services to clients while developing technical and analytical skills essential for career growth in commercial real estate and facilities management. You will contribute to day-to-day operations, financial analysis, and continuous improvement within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Collect, analyze, and report facility performance data alongside the IFM team.
• Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and operational metrics.
• Develop dashboards and visualization tools to communicate performance to stakeholders.

Operational Support

• Coordinate with service providers and track work orders to ensure timely resolution of facility issues.
• Support management of maintenance schedules, inspections, and compliance activities across managed properties.
• Contribute to day-to-day facility operations.

Financial Analysis

• Assist in budget preparation, cost tracking, and financial analysis for facility management contracts.
• Support invoice verification and expense reporting.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities.

Client Service

• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Contribute to service delivery excellence and maintain strong client relationships.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Support implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the IFM portfolio.

Technology and Systems

• Utilize facility management software systems (CAFM/CMMS) to track assets, manage work orders, and generate reports.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and technology adoption within the team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• Recent graduate status (within the last 2 years encouraged to apply).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments while managing multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
