Graduate Analyst, IFM at JLL. Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a 24-month full-time rotational programme for UAE Nationals only.

Role Purpose

The UAE National Graduate Analyst Programme is an accelerated development initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of Emirati leaders in commercial real estate. You will gain hands-on experience across JLL's core business functions while contributing to meaningful projects that drive client outcomes and business growth in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

Rotations and Exposure

• Rotate across multiple service lines within JLL, which may include Markets & Research, Valuation & Advisory, Corporate Solutions, Property & Asset Management, Capital Markets, Project & Development Services, and other specialized areas.
• Gain exposure to different business functions designed to build broad industry knowledge and help identify areas of interest and strength.

Project Delivery

• Contribute to live client engagements and business-critical initiatives from day one.
• Work alongside experienced professionals on projects that impact the UAE's real estate landscape, including market analysis, property valuations, development projects, and investment transactions.

Skill Development

• Build essential skills in financial analysis, data modeling, client communication, presentation development, and project coordination.
• Learn to use industry-standard software and tools while developing professional business acumen and strategic thinking.

Professional Development

• Participate in formal training sessions covering technical skills, industry knowledge, professional development, and leadership fundamentals.
• Access JLL's global learning platform and pursue relevant professional certifications.

Networking and Collaboration

• Connect with colleagues across business lines and engage with clients and industry partners.
• Participate in networking events to build relationships that support long-term career growth within JLL and the broader real estate sector.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline including Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, Engineering, Electrical, Sustainability, Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related fields.
• Graduation from a recognized university with strong academic standing.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.

Required Eligibility

• UAE National with valid Family Book.

Preferred Experience

• Internship or work experience in real estate, consulting, finance, engineering, project management, or related industries.
• Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities, student organizations, or community involvement.
• Familiarity with UAE real estate market dynamics or business environment.

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with data, conduct research, and synthesize information.

Core Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Additional language skills are preferred.
