Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Growth

• Lead global commercial strategy for industrial and project logistics solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and project freight.
• Analyze market trends in industrial and project logistics to identify growth areas.

Client & Partner Relations

• Build and manage relationships with key industrial clients and partners globally.
• Represent Aramex at industry events and client engagements globally.

Pricing & Negotiations

• Lead pricing strategy and commercial negotiations for large-scale project tenders.

Operations & Delivery

• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure feasibility of commercial commitments.

Team Leadership

• Manage a team of commercial and business development professionals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in project logistics or industrial freight commercial roles.
• Proven track record of winning large-scale project logistics contracts.
• Strong network within industrial, energy, or infrastructure sectors.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
