Role Purpose

To wrap customer gift selections and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with questions and directing them to appropriate department or individual.
• Greet customers promptly to determine type of wrap required.

Operations

• Gift wrap customer purchases.
• Place new gift wrap selections on display and ensure the maintenance of prototype standards.
• Maintain supplies and fill in stock as required.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school qualification.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar field.

Skills & Competencies

• Team player.
• Work efficiently under pressure.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
