Maintain the hotel's physical safety and functionality across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas while delivering memorable experiences that enhance every guest's stay.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities Maintenance

• Maintain physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to regularly inspect facilities and equipment.
• Identify and address preventive maintenance needs before they escalate.

Service Response & Documentation

• Respond quickly to guest calls and team member work orders.
• Document maintenance activities by recording completed inspections and repairs.
• Flag any issues requiring further attention for management review.
