Role Purpose

Maintain all hotel equipment, fixtures, and facilities to a high standard through preventive and corrective maintenance. Support the engineering team in keeping the hotel running smoothly and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repairs

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across the hotel.
• Attend to guest room maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Support repairs related to electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and basic carpentry works.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and assist with emergency maintenance when required.

Inspections & Compliance

• Assist with routine inspections and report faults.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and hotel procedures.

Operations & Support

• Work closely with the engineering team to support daily operations.
• Maintain tools, workshops, and technical records.
• Support contractors during maintenance or project works to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in a similar technical or maintenance role, ideally within a hotel environment.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Technical certification or trade qualification is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies
