Role Purpose

Deliver professional, ethical, and high-quality clinical obstetric and gynaecological clinical services to patients. Monitor and manage clinical risks, ensure compliance with clinical governance and quality standards, maintain accurate medical records, and uphold good medical practice through continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Service Delivery

• Deliver professional, ethical, and high-quality clinical services to patients efficiently.
• Perform all tasks precisely and accurately to minimise errors.
• Maintain accurate medical records.

Risk Management & Governance

• Monitor and manage clinical risks.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance and quality standards.
• Identify and report non-compliance to relevant stakeholders constructively.

Patient Experience & Communication

• Identify and understand the needs and expectations of clients in a professional manner and share with relevant team members.
• Keep clients up to date with relevant and accurate information and involve them in decisions that affect them.
• Respond to client complaints in a timely and effective manner and provide feedback on progress.
• Focus on consistently delivering a positive client experience.

Professional Development & Knowledge Sharing

• Uphold good medical practice through continuous professional development for oneself and others.
• Continuously build and share knowledge to deliver expert service within own scope of work, drawing on expertise of others as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 2–3 years' experience in the relevant specialised department in a private hospital setting.
• Work experience from a Tier 1 country as specified by the UAE healthcare regulator.
• Basic medical degree recognised by the relevant UAE healthcare authority.
• Diploma or training in a speciality recognised by the relevant UAE healthcare authority.

Skills & Competencies

• Active and valid life support certification (BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, or NRP).
