Role Purpose
Deliver professional, ethical, and high-quality clinical services to patients efficiently while maintaining clinical governance, quality standards, and good medical practice through continuous professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Service Delivery
- Deliver professional, ethical, and high-quality clinical services to patients efficiently.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Uphold good medical practice through continuous professional development for oneself and others.
Clinical Risk & Governance
- Monitor and manage clinical risks.
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance and quality standards.
- Maintain integrity by providing ethical and responsible clinical services.
- Identify and report non-compliance to relevant stakeholders constructively.
Patient Care & Communication
- Identify and understand the needs and expectations of patients in a professional manner and share with relevant team members.
- Keep patients up to date with relevant and accurate information and involve them in decisions that affect them.
- Respond to patient complaints in a timely and effective manner and provide feedback on progress.
- Focus on consistently delivering a positive patient experience.
Professional Development & Knowledge Sharing
- Continuously build and share knowledge to deliver expert service within own scope of work, drawing on expertise of others as needed.
- Evaluate quality of own work continuously and provide feedback on progress.
Quality & Accuracy
- Complete tasks in accordance with set procedures and guidelines.
- Perform all tasks precisely and accurately to minimize errors.

Qualifications & Experience
- At least 2–3 years' experience in the relevant specialized department in a private hospital setting.
- Work experience from a Tier 1 country as specified by the UAE healthcare regulator.
- Basic medical degree recognized by the relevant UAE healthcare authority.
- Diploma or training in a specialty recognized by the relevant UAE healthcare authority.
Skills & Competencies
- Active and valid life support certification (e.g. BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP).
