Role Purpose
Plan, direct and manage business activities and develop and implement effective business strategies to drive revenue growth and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Performance
- Manage daily business operations and sales performance.
- Evaluate performance and productivity across the organization.
- Direct administrative activities directly related to providing services.
Financial Management
- Generate revenue through business activities.
- Create and manage budgets.
- Analyze accounting and financial data.
Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement growth strategies.
- Research and identify growth opportunities.
- Serve and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Reporting & Communication
- Generate reports and deliver presentations.
- Perform other supportive tasks as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management or Educational Studies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- English language proficiency.
