Role Overview
General Manager at Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C, a specialty coffee and food & beverage hospitality company. Position requires 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
Role Purpose
Lead and oversee all specialty coffee, food & beverage, customer service, and hospitality operations across multiple branches. Drive sales growth, improve profitability, ensure operational excellence, and identify new business opportunities while maintaining high customer service and hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Manage daily operations across multiple branches to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
- Oversee overall company operations and ensure all branches run efficiently.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and manage teams with excellent leadership and team-management skills.
- Establish strong communication and decision-making practices across the organization.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales growth and improve profitability to achieve business targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute business development strategies.
Customer Service & Standards
- Maintain strong customer service and hospitality standards across all operations.
- Ensure adherence to hospitality best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Specialty Coffee, Food & Beverage, Customer Service, or Hospitality.
- Proven experience managing multiple branches and overall company operations.
- Strong knowledge of the specialty coffee and food & beverage industry.
Skills & Competencies
