Role Overview
General Field Specialist - Wireline Services at Baker Hughes. This role provides wellsite support and guidance to global customers in oilfield services.

Role Purpose
As a General Wireline Field Specialist, you will provide wellsite support and guidance to global customers, solving interesting and complex problems while utilizing the latest technology.
Key Responsibilities
Wellsite Operations
- Work under minimal supervision on day-to-day work by following instructions on wellsite activity.
- Execute all required responsibilities safely at well site as per equipment and logistics manuals.
Service Delivery
- Assist in providing completions logging and completions services at the workshop and wellsite.
- Evaluate work upon completion to ensure objectives have been met.
Equipment & Maintenance
- Carry out minor maintenance of equipment and assist in actuating the completions equipment.
Compliance & Standards
- Conduct all business activities in accordance with company HSE policies, legal compliance requirements and core values.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with 5 years of experience in Wireline Services.
- Previous work experience with Baker Hughes.
- Experience in Offshore; Rig less is preferred.
- Open Hole / Cased Hole experience.
- Industry knowledge and product line training required.
Skills & Competencies
- Technical knowledge of completions logging and completions services.
- Equipment operation and maintenance capability.
- Ability to work safely and comply with HSE policies.
