Role Purpose
Provide operational and administrative support across departments, ensuring smooth daily operations, adherence to safety and quality standards, and timely completion of assigned tasks while supporting team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Daily Support
- Assist in daily departmental tasks and provide support across functions as needed to ensure smooth workflow and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and in accordance with departmental requirements.
- Complete tasks within expected timelines and contribute to departmental efficiency.
Safety, Quality & Compliance
- Follow all SOPs, safety, hygiene, and quality standards (ISO 9001:2008) and company policies, including uniform, hygiene, and professional behaviour.
- Safely operate basic tools, machinery, or systems as instructed, adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines.
Reporting & Documentation
- Observe and promptly report operational, procedural, or quality-related issues to supervisors for timely resolution.
- Maintain and update records, trackers, or logs as directed to ensure proper documentation and traceability.
Stakeholder Communication
- Share relevant information between team members, supervisors, and other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members, assisting them when required and demonstrate a cooperative attitude to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Higher School Certificate (must have).
- No prior experience required.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic English communication.
- Basic mathematics.
- Basic PC skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
