Role Overview
GCC Marketing Associate at IFF, based in Dubai, UAE. This role supports the Fine Fragrance team within IFF's Scent business, partnering with leading global, regional, and local brands to create innovative fragrance experiences across the GCC region.

Role Purpose
To develop deep market expertise in Fine Fragrance across the GCC region, transform market intelligence into actionable commercial insights, support Account Managers with customer intelligence, and execute marketing initiatives that drive business growth and inspire customers.
Key Responsibilities
Market Intelligence & Analysis
- Develop expertise in the Fine Fragrance market across the GCC region, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia, through market research, brand analysis, trend identification, social listening, and competitive intelligence.
- Monitor new product launches, emerging brands, consumer trends, influencers, and celebrities to identify business opportunities and market insights.
- Transform market intelligence and customer insights into actionable commercial recommendations and strategic opportunities.
- Maintain and continuously update relevant marketing databases and business intelligence tools.
Customer Support & Account Management
- Support Account Managers by developing a deep understanding of customer brands, portfolios, strategies, and consumer needs.
- Track and communicate new business wins and key market developments across the region.
Content & Communications
- Create compelling storytelling, fragrance concepts, olfactive descriptions, and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Develop and present trend newsletters, market updates, and olfactive direction reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Events & Engagement
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging customer presentations, workshops, and events that inspire customers and support business growth.
Marketing Operations
- Coordinate toolbox creation, design initiatives, marketing materials, and regional marketing events.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, trade marketing, or related functions within the Beauty or Fine Fragrance industry.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with creative and design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign is desirable.
- Fluency in Arabic in addition to English is desirable.
Additional Information
- Willingness to travel within the GCC region as required.
- Experience within the Fine Fragrance, Beauty, Luxury, or Personal Care industries is desirable.
