For several years, the school has enrolled up to eight Emirati children per year cohort within an integration program beginning in kindergarten.

Role Purpose

Support the all-day program by planning and delivering supervised care and activities, ensuring student safety and wellbeing, enforcing school rules, and fostering a positive and respectful school environment for primary and secondary students.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Safety

• Supervise children and young people in grades 1 through 9 during care time.
• Conduct supervision duties as assigned.
• Enforce and ensure adherence to school rules.
• Maintain attendance records.

Program Planning & Delivery

• Plan and design care time and activity groups (AGs).
• Deliver care activities and programs.

School Events & Community

• Co-organize and deliver school events and activities.
• Support positive and respectful peer interaction and school culture during daily operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Work experience with children across various age groups.
• Friendly, resilient, and communicative personality with genuine enjoyment of working with children and young people.
• Cooperation and teamwork skills.
• High sense of responsibility and professionalism.
• Willingness to embrace new initiatives and adapt to existing structures.
• German language proficiency at level C1 or C2 in both spoken and written form.
• Independent, reliable, and structured working approach.
