Role Overview

Finance Manager – Taif, SEVEN. This role serves as the embedded finance business partner for Operations, providing financial leadership, strategic insights, and decision support to venue management teams while driving profitability and cost optimization across all entertainment destinations.

Role Purpose

Own venue P&L performance and serve as a trusted financial advisor to operations leadership, translating financial data into actionable insights and influencing decisions at the idea stage to drive profitability and cost optimization across entertainment venues.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Performance & P&L Management

• Own venue P&L performance by managing the financial results for assigned destinations.
• Analyze revenue streams including tickets, F&B, retail, and attractions.
• Monitor operating costs and drive actions to achieve EBITDA and profitability targets.

Business Partnering & Strategic Advice

• Provide financial business partnering by serving as a trusted advisor to venue and operations managers.
• Participate in operational planning discussions.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Influence decisions at the idea stage rather than just validating numbers.

Operational Analytics & Performance Monitoring

• Analyze operational metrics by tracking key performance indicators including per capita spend, attendance versus forecast, revenue per visitor, labor cost ratios, and F&B margins.
• Recommend improvements to optimize performance.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Support budgeting and forecasting by collaborating with venue managers to develop accurate budgets and forecasts.
• Incorporate seasonality patterns, event calendars, and operational capacity into financial plans.
• Provide variance analysis with corrective recommendations.

Cost Optimization

• Drive cost optimization by identifying opportunities to reduce operating costs without compromising guest experience.
• Analyze labor scheduling efficiency.
• Monitor vendor costs.
• Implement cost control initiatives in partnership with operations leadership.

Financial Controls & Compliance

• Ensure financial controls by overseeing cash handling procedures at venues.
• Monitor inventory management and shrinkage.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Support internal and external audits of operational areas.

Team Leadership

• Develop and lead the team by setting objectives for operations finance analysts.
• Provide coaching and mentorship.
• Build a high-performing team that delivers value to the business.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree (minimum) in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• MBA preferred.
• Certified Management Accountant certification preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant certification advantageous.
• Minimum 6–7 years of relevant finance experience.
