Role Overview
Front Office Assistant Manager at Wynn Al Marjan Island, located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, approximately 50 miles from Dubai International Airport.
Company Overview
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE, set to open in 2027. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. Facilities include multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.
Role Purpose
Oversee daily front office operations for the Enclave area, supervise front office associates, and maintain exceptional guest experiences while ensuring adherence to Wynn's luxury service standards and brand policies.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Guest Services
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Enclave front desk, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes and positive guest interactions.
- Handle VIP arrivals, departures, and special requests with discretion and professionalism.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements to enhance satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate billing, reservation handling, and guest profile management.
- Maintain a strong presence in the lobby and Enclave area to engage with guests and resolve issues proactively.
Supervision & Staff Management
- Supervise and support front office associates assigned to the Enclave area, ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Interdepartmental Collaboration
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest preferences and expectations are met.
Compliance & Brand Standards
- Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Act as the point of contact in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in front office operations.
- Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Five-star hospitality experience required; ultra-luxury (ultra five-star) experience preferred.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or VIP guest handling preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Professional appearance and guest-centric attitude.
