Role Overview

Front of House - Food & Beverage General Opening at Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia.

Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional guest service and satisfaction in a fast-paced food and beverage environment. Support dining operations across greeting, ordering, serving, payment processing, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
• Greet and seat guests in the dining area.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Operations & Food Delivery

• Take orders and serve food and beverages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentability of the dining area.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.

Compliance & Safety

• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.

Payment Processing

• Handle cash transactions and process payments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a front of house role.
• Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
