Freelance Premium & Luxury Brand Evaluators position with CXG, a global customer experience agency. The role is based in the UAE and open to UAE nationals only.

Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences and provide detailed feedback to help brands understand and improve their customer service and experience delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluation & Assessment
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores across markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
- Deliver detailed feedback on the experiences observed.
- Share opinions about experiences in assigned luxury retail environments.
Qualifications & Experience
- UAE national (required).
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.

- Punctual and organized approach to work.
