Role Overview
Freelance Premium & Luxury Brand Evaluators position with CXG, a global customer experience agency, based in the United Arab Emirates. This role is open to UAE nationals only.

Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences and provide detailed feedback to help luxury brands enhance their customer service and retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
Store Evaluations
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury retail locations.
- Evaluate luxury brand experiences in markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
- Share detailed opinions about experiences in assigned luxury stores.
Feedback & Reporting
- Provide structured feedback on retail and customer experience observations.
- Advocate for service excellence through evaluation insights.
Qualifications & Experience
- UAE national (required).
- Keen attention to detail.
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
- Punctual and organized.
Skills & Competencies
- Premium and luxury brand knowledge and shopping experience.
- Ability to conduct discreet evaluations.
- Strong observational and analytical skills.
